I stayed here for a night whilst on a 3 day trail riding holiday - our horses stayed in one of the fields on the farm..
What a fantastic b&b! We were given a very warm welcome from Gwen and Idris with tea and homemade cake. The room was beautifully appointed with everything I could possibly need and more - the shower was particularly splendid! Breakfast was another highlight - fresh fruit salad and wonderful high quality bacon, eggs, mushrooms etc, as well as homemade jams for the toast. We had a vegetarian and a dairy and gluten intolerant guest in our group, and both of these were easily catered for with no problem at all.
It's nice to see the farm animals around (rabbits, cats and several squirming piglets!), and location is good, as we were able to walk just a short distance down the road to the skirrid inn for dinner.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this b&b to anyone visiting the area.
