We received a warm and friendly welcome. The room was great very clean and neat with ample tea and coffee. The breakfast was freshly cooked and of good quality and there were veggie options available. The location was perfect for us, it was just a short walk to the beach and local amenities.

Stayed here while on business, so unfortunately didn't get to visit the sites.

The room was lovely with a great shower and the breakfast was superb!

The owners could not be more helpful.

Excellent B&B, would highly recommend.

Apsolutly wonderfull stay! Everything perfect and breakfast was just perfect!they could not have been friendlier or more inviting, made everything so easy. Could not fault it at all, they even accommodated me for just the one night when i was only passing through, this being very rare for a b&b.

We had a lovely stay here in July 2017, our second time visiting Tywyn. Awesome, no words just wow. We would like to thank the staff for the great hospitality and professional services. Very nice English breakfast. The rooms were very nice and cleaned to a very high standard. Thanks again !

Merton Villa in Tywynn High Street was very pleasant. Located amongst the town's shops, it was convenient for most requirements (eg: daily papers etc). As we stayed there in order to travel on the nearby Tallynn Steam train, it was well placed within walking distance of that tourist attraction and the main line railway station too. The beach was within 10-minute walking distance with a long promenade. The Villa was very well kept, with attractive gardens front and rear. Indoors there was a high level of cleanliness, with different breakfast choices available for an hour between 8am and 9am. Lovely bedlinen in the comfortable bedrooms. The proprietors, the Ralph family were very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this for a stay, in one of the loveliest parts of coastal mid-wales.
