I had read a review on here about the tea room and as we were staying near by we decided to visit. We were not disappointed. After driving round for a little while trying to find the place , it is a real gem.
The tea room is attached to a home furniture store which sells all sorts of old restored furniture, kath kitson plus much more. We really enjoyed wondering round.
After taking ages to decide what to eat my partner had a sandwhich and I had cream tea for one. The food and service were amazing, I would love to go back for full afternoon tea. We did buy some coffee cake to take away, again delicious. The setting is lovely to.

Living in nearby Llandyrnog, this is my favourite place to stop for coffee and cake or a light lunch. Vintage style and shabby chic are the order of the day. Lovely shopping area next to the tearoom. If you like Cath Kidston and Emma Bridgewater they stock a good selection of their ranges. Local handcrafted furniture and craft items there too.
The tearoom has really friendly staff and good quality, often local, produce. All freshly cooked and served with a smile. It's a popular place, so often best to book in advance. Well worth a visit.

This is by far the best tea room I've ever visited and I've been to lots!!

Service was truly standout - what cheerful staff! Very knowledgeable about the menu as well.

Loved the choice of cakes and really wished we had arrived with bigger appetites as the breakfast and lunch choices sounded delicious.

We had a cake each and shared a pot of tea for two. Honestly, everything was delicious.

To top it off, the prices are so reasonable! For the price we paid for all three items we had only a day before paid the same amount just for two cappuccinos somewhere else!

Can't wait to return.

Excellent shop adjoins the tea room, you could browse there all day to be honest!

Wanted to go here for my birthday lunch because the cakes are so fantastic!! And it did not disappoint!!
A birthday tea-light was lit for me, then "Happy Birthday" was sung when I blew it out!!!
A yummy welsh rarebit followed by a strawberry cake covered in the most gorgeous butter icing.
As the tv programme says "You Gotta Eat Here"

Some really interesting food here, we tried a salad (lush), a bit of cake (similar) but best of all was the aforementioned milkshake. the missus also really approved of the attached shop, featuring Cath Kidston stuff etc.
