“Superb Afternoon Tea”
Reviewed February 4, 2013

The restaurant was full at 3pm on Saturday afternoon with lots of customers just like us who were looking for Afternoon Tea.

All the produce is baked by Sarah and is delicious. We enjoyed a slice of Blackcurrant Flapjack and a slice of Marmalade Cake with a Hot Chocolate and Mocha.

Loved that the cakes were served with a small serving of fresh fruit and the drinks came with a chocolate flake.

Great selection of deli items, the Welsh Bara Brith loaf we purchased to take home is delicious.

Well worth a visit.

“Down to Earth”
Reviewed January 18, 2013

Five of us booked in for a double birthday do. Hosts were welcoming (and patient) whilst we opened our presents excitedly. The service was warm and freindly; genuine and not OTT, the food was fresh and well presented - again not pretentious or with any silly 'fusion' nonsense'. The hostess even brought out the birthday cake one of our party had baked and iced, having brought it in earlier. Highly recommended for a down to earth, no nonsense and enjoyable meal. Will return.

“Highly recommended”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

A private party here is a must for anyone considering a venue. Had my retirement do here mid December and could not have chosen better. 26 guests, all having a 3 course meal and drinks. all at very reasonable prices. quality excellent, service and venue, superb - warm, friendly, accommodating and highly commended. staff attentive and no rush or feeling that we were imposing despite the lateness of the finishing hour!. many of the guests were able to take advantage of the home produce available to purchase and I'm sure there was many a satisfied Christmas present recipient.
I can not recommend this place enough, such was my satisfaction I will be returning with close friends for another retirement party in a few weeks time. I have also been here for lunch and morning coffee, never disappointed warm welcome, excellent quality and competitive prices.

“What a find!”
Reviewed January 7, 2013

My husband and I came here for lunch last weekend and were absolutely bowled over by the food, menu choice and atmosphere. The meal was delicious and wholesome, and I can't wait to go back. We live on the opposite side of Anglesey to Stafford House but will definitely be making the trip to come back. Also, the prices are incredibly reasonable. Quality food, value for money.

“Excellent Experience.”
Reviewed January 7, 2013

We had lunch here the other week and the whole experience was exceptional. The food was imaginative and beautifully presented by Staff who really cared about their Diners. There were some unusual items available in the Deli and we thought it was great that they supported local producers. We will be visiting again very soon.
