We have dined at the Livy on a number of occations since it reopened under new management having been refurbished. The pub is clean and very warm and cosy with a dining area and smaller rooms to eat. It does not claim to be a restaurant just a pub serving freshly prepared food using mostly local produce. All the meals we have eaten from the menu to the specials board have been excellent, very tasty and well presented.
The bar is well stocked with casked ales, good wines etc. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Will eat here again.
