If there were six stars the Outbuildings would get seven. You cant fail to love this place, like finding the perfect comfortable chair, sinking into it and just feeling a sense of peace and relaxation flow over you. Another fab visit to photograph properties and return each evening to this magical spot and be welcomed home by Francois and Beth, with smiles and delicious food, Francois creates such gorgeous dishes, delicate flavours, mouth tingling, and each dish compliments the last, no one dish fighting against the other. Sit and relax and absorb each mouthful as you listen to music gently playing in the background and the lovely Beth delivers your food. The Outbuildings is perfectly set with open landscape and far reaching views around it, the lane affords the most spectacular view over towards the mountains, where each morning you can watch the clouds part and the light show begin like a scene from a classic film set. The Outbuildings has a variety of rooms all full of character and the best and most comfortable beds ever, along with those pillows which just ease you in and provide the best nights sleep. And to top it all there is the Lovely Bun, who has bought her magical touch to the whole ethic and ethos of The Outbuildings and works tirelessly to keep the standard, quality and extra special feel to this very unique place. Visit once and you will never forget it and will want to return again and again. On a practical note, easy to find just follow white arrow signs with the Pink spotted Jug on them...if you are coming in from the bridge once you see the red post box on your right hand side, you are almost there, drive slowly down the impressive drive, look right and take in those mountains. Enjoy everything this wonderful place has to offer, remember to relax in front of the lovely log fire in the lounge and indulge in a glass of something special....and give Cocoa the dog a big hug.

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent and have top class facilities. Within easy reach and distance of Menai Bridge

Just returned from a weekend at The Outbuildings staying in The Pink Hut. What a lovely lovely place! The hut was fantastic, very well decorated, great wood burning fire and super views of Snowdon. We had booked to take Huey out for the day but unfortunately he was poorly so we couldn't take it, Bun was very apologetic and received excellent service. Would definitely return and love to stay in one of the other rooms!

We were so diappointed about Huey that you could not go out and thank you for your patience waiting while we tried to mend him, glad you got to South Stack and enjoyed Anglesey, hope to see you again and thank you for writing. Bun

Having stayed last night I feel that to many people love a good rant about bad service!!!! But never tell of all the good times had!!!!

Let's start with the long well kept drive that makes the outbuilding look even more impressive.

On arrival we got met by a lovely pleasant lady by the name of Beth she was happy to show us all the facilities and answer questions that I asked. She then escorted us to our room which I had picked "the pink hut". This was a old shepherds wagon that has been converted into a ensuite room. This room is cosy but romantic and very individual.

The whole site is well kept and looks 5 star. The site has great views of the welsh hills and Anglesey country side.

Well onto breakfast, the lady that cooked was lovely she made every effort to please and happy to help with directions or ideas of what to do. And breakfast set us up for the day.

Overall I would say stay at the outbuildings.

If you want my acreditations then I come from hospitality management back ground and have ran 5 star hotels so please understand I am hard to please but the out buildings nailed every aspects.

Its not often you find somewhere you cannot fault. This is the perfect ten! Peace, comfort, quality and class at an affordable price. Rooms finished to highest spec, food to match and peace. This is a rare and special place! Cant wait to go back!

Room Tip: The only choice to consider is bath or shower?

We have recently returned from the Outbuildings after spending a wonderful week on our honeymoon, staying in the glorious pink hut!

Firstly we would like to say that we can not thank everybody enough for their kindness and for making our stay so enjoyable we felt so welcome, nothing was made to feel too big or too small and your recommendations and suggestions as to where to go and what to eat meant that we had the pleasure of eating in lots of lovely places and making the most of our time in Anglesey.
Despite eating at many lovely places we believe that eating at the Outbuildings is A MUST the food was cooked to a FANTASTIC standard and a Francois was very accommodating. The food is one of many reasons why we look forward to returning and out of all the places we visited on the island was by far the best!

The Pink hut itself was fantastic, beautifully decorated and lovely and cosy, it is positioned slightly away from the Outbuilding itself which makes it lovely and private and the views of Snowdon are fantastic. The Outbuilding space is a lovely place to relax and the decor and attention to detail should not be overlooked!

We also had a fantastic day out in Huey, he is brilliant, once your master the gears which took us some time! :)

We don't believe that anything we write could do this place justice, we hold many happy memories of our time at the Outbuildings and look forward to creating many more for years to come. Thank you!

Room Tip: The pink hut is perfect for two to escape from the rest of the world.
