I wonder why Llanbadrig is not mentioned as a separate attraction on tripadvisor, But trust me it is one of the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life. The view from St patrick church is breathtaking. If you are ever around, dont miss it.

Our 'Tonteg WI & husbands' group of 16 from South Wales returned to the picturesque island of Anglesey to continue our walk around the coast.
Anglesey Walking Holidays again organised our trip -booking excellent accommodation & picking us up & dropping off at the railway station or airport.
Over the 5 days, Eurwyn- always prompt & friendly- took us to the start of the walks giving us directions and maps (+ a packed lunch prepared by Gillian) and returned for us after a telephone call. Eurwyn previously discussed the length and type of walk to suit our group.
They even organised a sightseeing trip on a day of inclement weather.
We rate this company as 'first class'.

This year was our second walking weekend organised by Gillian and Eurwyn.
Once again, nothing was too much trouble. We are a group of women aged 40+ and we are not all experienced walkers, so we were very grateful for all the support. The weather on the Sunday was supposed to be atrocious and they were happy to arrange alternative plans to our walking at short notice. i.e. visits to other attractions near to or in Anglesey. In the end we managed a short walk on the Sunday without being swept away by storms and still manage a visit to the old gaol house in Beaumaris.
Gillian and Eurwyn are always really helpful, very friendly and enthusiastic. They provide lots of useful information, with an easy to follow walking guide, maps and tourism advice on restaurants and other attractions to visit en route. The walking is always tailored to our needs. It is reassuring to know that we can phone at any time of the day along the route to arrange a pick up should we decide to stop early or even walk a bit further than planned.
The packed lunch was very good value and had a varied choice of sandwich fillings.
We will definately be back again next year.

Having enjoyed walking the North Wales Coast Path in March 2011, we contacted Gillian and Eurwyn at Anglesey Walking Holidays, who arranged a superb trip for six of us oldish "lads" along the Anglesey Coast Path this March. Nothing was too much trouble for Gillian and Eurwyn...B&B's, lunches, dinner reservations, maps, route descriptions, pick ups and luggage transfers...all perfectly organised. The Path itself is superb and excellently signposted, so that we never struggled to find our way, even in the more remote areas. Folk we met were always friendly and we easily managed to find a good pub each evening to finish off the day. In the six and a half days walking we covered 95 miles and now look forward to finshing the Path in the near future. I can thoroughly recommend signing up with Gillian and Eurwyn any time.

Having enjoyed our time with Anglesey Walking Holidays to such an extent on our Summer 2011 visit, we didn't hesitate to book again for the end of January/beginning of February 2012 hoping to experience the same amazing holiday in chillingly cold weather..! Well, now we are home, I can truly say that the only disappointment was indeed the weather which was remarkably mild and, at times, incredibly sunny..! The trip organisers, Gillian and Eurwyn Williams offer a friendly and warm welcome which makes the holiday so relaxing from the first moment. They are truly interested in you, in getting to know you and in doing their utmost to ensure your trip goes as well and as smoothly as it possibly can. We were quite overwhelmed at how pleased they were to share in our news when we decided to get engaged in Beaumaris on the second day..!

Due to the season, some of the B&B's we had stayed in and restaurants we visited on our Summer trip were closed but on every occasion, Gillian and Eurwyn had found a more than adequate alternative and were keen to ensure that it did not affect the enjoyment of our holiday in any way. In fact, we quite enjoyed the change; visiting new places and meeting new people, whilst at the same time also enjoyed re-visiting old favourites. We had also asked for a slight variation to our walking holiday as though we repeated the walk on the Northern side of the Island, we wanted to continue a little further round to include South Stack and Treardur Bay and Gillian and Eurwyn were more than happy to accommodate our request. On occasions when we didn't see Gillian and Eurwyn as we were making our own way to and from the B&B, they were still eager to maintain contact with us to ensure all our needs were being met.

Finally, whilst we were on our walking holiday, we were delighted to hear from Gillian and Eurwyn that Anglesey Walking Day Tours had received an award for Best Activity Provider on the Island. In our opinion, the award is richly deserved. I would not hesitate in booking this trip again and have every confidence that we will return on a regular basis. Anglesey is a truly beautiful location and even offers a glimpse of the sun, during the winter..! What more could you ask for?
