i go to the bishopsgate hotel for the restaurant quite regularly, the staff are respectful yet warm as well as being friendly.
Being a meat loving person the fillet steak is for me, it is around bout a 9'oz steak not to big, yet the creamy peppercorn sauce is a perfect consistency not to sticky yet not like water. the braised beet is a very close second and is very tender, cooked with mushrooms and shallots.Family and friends that have dined here with me say that the rest of the menu is just as excellent in both flavour and presentation and we all would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
