“Amazing!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 29, 2012

We are a young couple who were looking for a comfortable and relaxing night away... We definatly found it at Bishopsgate! My partner and I thought the food was amazing and well worth the price and the hotel room was so comfortable, clean and warm. I have also got to pay compliment to the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever experienced in an establishment such as this. Thank you so much.

The room was stunning with a beautiful view of the sea. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming and bent over backwards to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, The food was the best we have ever had and the small touches such as the table displays and the mini cakes with our after dinner coffee was lovely. We will definately return to this beautiful hotel. A three star establishment that is well deserved of four stars!

We have been to this Hotel many times and cannot fault it. Hazel and her staff always give us a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The food is superb and the bedrooms are comfortable. We will be back soon.

Just got back from a fantastic break in this charming hotel ! We stayed for 2 nights and ate both nights - and on both occassions the food was impeccable. Hazel and her attentitve team were extremely knowledgable about the locally sourced menu and everything was cooked to a very high standard. Compliments to the Chef !! Our room was decorated beautifully with a bright and cheeful ambience and I especially liked the toiletries that were endlessly supplied - getting out of our luxurious bed was so difficult but the lure of the wonderful breakfast helped us along!!! This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and the dedication of Hazel and her team shines through. See you in the summer !!!

Room Tip: Don't stay or eat anywhere else!!!!!

A well deserved break, and what a break it was, made very welcome by the staff, we only planned to eat in the restaurant on our first night but food was so nice we had to eat all our meals here. It has a small but comfortable bar.we are already planning our next visit. Wish all hotels were this good

Just got back from another lovely New Year break at this small family run hotel. Lovely food, as always, fireworks over the castle walls @ midnight with a friendly crowd of people. Beaumaris is a lovely town and The Bishopsgate is it's jewel. Only hope that in writing a review it does not mean that I will not get availability when I next want to return as it is full!!

Room Tip: All rooms are very different so best to talk to staff.
