The big breakfast is a must. Excellent value for money with a tea or coffee thrown in. Everything cooked fresh in front of you, good quality food, even down to the butter used on the toast. The black pudding was most tasty. Staff friendly, helpful and polite. Cafe spotless and interesting with the artifacts and info. Nice little children's corner for little ones to colour. Definitely worth a visit.

We stumbled on this lovely cafe by taking a punt and asking a local. We were going from Amlwch in north east Anglesey to look at the seriously impressive industrial copper mine wasteland of Parys Mountain. The icecreams and drinks in the cafe were really good and great value, staff very friendly, and eat outside if weather permits. Great pictures, display and chat in the cafe on progress with the owner's VW restoration project. Nice!

We stopped for lunch here on Sunday and were delighted with the food and service. We had two kids meals , a cheese ploughmans and a baked potato and also drinks all for under £20 which I think is great value. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty, the kids loved their ice creams too. The cafe was spotless and the service friendly. We also appreciated the 'kids corner' where they could do their colouring while we were waiting.

Had lunch here last week - very tasty homemade quiche and really lovely home baked ham. Cafe was very clean, staff were friendly and prices were very good value. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the Amlwch area.

This is an excellent place to buy a take away sandwich if you have the 13 mile walk ahead of you to Moelfre. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the café is immaculately clean. They serve a very good cup of Lavazza coffee.
