“Fantastic Place- highly recommended”
Reviewed April 18, 2013 for a stay in April 2013

My husband and I stayed here for a lovely relaxing stay here. The cottage was very homely and comfortable. We really enjoyed using the hot tub, especially after dark. The location is beautiful, with nice walks near by and plenty to see.
Linda was very helpful and left a nice welcome basket which included wine, chocolates and welsh cakes. I would highly recommend this cottage for a break away from the madness of normal life.
We hope to return in the future.

I do hope you return again to swap the "madness" for the magic of the area, it still never ceases to surprise me on a daily basis especially the starry nights. Linda :}

“Fantastic little cottage!”
Reviewed April 3, 2013 for a stay in March 2013

We recently stayed here over Easter weekend and I would highly recommend it. The cottage itself is lovely with lots of space to chill out and relax. We were having a weekend away from our little one so the opportunity to relax was great. The hot tub is fantastic to star gaze in or relax during the day. Something we both thought was excellent was the fact the reclining sofa was very comfortable as often places don't have comfy furniture but this was lovely.

Linda, the owner, is lovely and provides you with lots of information of places to eat or go and see and encourages you to do your own thing, which is nice as we've stayed in places in the Lakes where they almost expect you to be out all day and you feel in the way in but this was certainly not the case here.

Overall a great place to go and have a lovely relaxing weekend, I'm sure we'll be back in the future!

Thank you! so pleased you had the break here that you wanted and did what you wanted to do, that is the beauty of the area just a short stroll and you are in the woods by the river, by the sea or just squirrel, bird, bat watching, star gazing in the garden or experiencing the magic of Snowdonia, plenty to do or nothing your holiday, your choice. Linda:)

“Lovely cottage”
Reviewed March 4, 2013 for a stay in February 2013

Had a great week here in Feb with fine weather, the cottage is exactly as described and we were made to feel very welcome by Linda who was the perfect hostess.

Fantastic walks right from the door, miles of empty beaches close by or sit and relax in the conservatory and watch the birds feeding and not forgetting the hot tub every night!

Can't wait to go back

“Best little cottage in Wales!”
Reviewed February 15, 2013 for a stay in February 2013

I booked this beautiful cottage as a 40th birthday surprise for my Husband and we stayed here from 08th-11th February 2013.
The weather was cold and wet when we arrived (and for the rest of the weekend) but as soon as Linda opened the door to the cottage we felt at home and comfortable. It is a traditional cottage with a wonderful log burner and a great lazyboy sofa.
There was a lovely hamper filled with goodies and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge. On further inspection we found chocs on the amazing 4 poster bed along with fluffy bathrobes and slippers.
The outside is just as great as the inside with beautiful gardens to watch the squirrels playing and birds feeding and a hot tub which we made made full use of every evening! The river along the back of the cottage has a wonderful path to walk along for miles and miles or just to the local village.
We had complete privacy at all times and Linda was a warm and gracious host who gave us loads of tips on places to visit and nice restaurants to go to.
Harlech was our favourite place to visit and we would recommend a visit to the castle and to the local pub, The White Lion, were locals were found to be very friendly.
We are definately going to visit here again, hopefully as soon as the summer and fingers crossed we will have good weather so we can explore the amazing Welsh hills and blue flag beaches!

Thank you! for your lovely comments, I am so lucky to be in a part of Wales that has everything and brings you back time and time again to enjoy all it has to offer. I have just taken your fourth booking and hope the magic will always keep you loyal to the area and to Llwyn Ynn of course.

“3rd visit to this beautiful luxury cottage :)”

This was our 3rd time to this beautiful cottage. We did what we always do and took in the lovely surroundings and spent the week relaxing, eating and drinking, as well as enjoying star gazing in the hot tub.

The hamper and wine were very much appreciated and a taste of Lindas' Homemade Moroccan Chicken is highly recomended. Linda is a fantastic Host who always goes the extra step to make you feel special. The garden is beautiful and for those bird watchers out there you will not be dissappointed.

If you are looking for a place to unwind and shut the world away this place is perfect. Alternatively if you are after an activity based holiday you are in an ideal location for everything that Snowdonia has to offer.

Lola our dog loves the walks in the forest next to the river behind the cottage as well as along to beautiful beach just down the Road.

I am already consulting the diary for my 4th Visit.
