We had a wonderful meal, excellent choice, perfectly cooked and imaginatively presented. The staff were courteous and professional, yet the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable.

“Simply Exquisite”
Reviewed February 24, 2014

Booked into Castell Deudraeth using the booking option on the website. Easy to use and confirmation of booking directly to my email.
The food was fantastic (can't fault it. Best mushy peas ever!), the service was fantastic without being overbearing.
It was a busy Saturday lunch service but it didn't feel like we were kept waiting.
The meal included a voucher to use to get into the village for free. Wonderful way to spend my birthday.

“Well presented and prepared modern dishes”
Reviewed February 18, 2014

There really is nothing not to be impressed with at Castell Deudraeth. It is always perfect.

The menu is well thought out and the bar offers a large range of cocktails or champagne by the glass.

“Amazing Food”
Reviewed February 5, 2014

We decided to have an early Valentine's and it was worth it... the food was amazing. I had the duck to start which just fell off the bone. And dessert was just ohhhhh heaven. Dining room has huge ceiling and is a bit cold - probably really nice in the summer with the flowers in bloom and the grass green but with no views and nothing to see in the garden they could probably put up curtains and make the place a bit warmer and give a bit of a cosy feel.

“Informal but classy”
Reviewed February 4, 2014

The food is excellent and unlike some other brasseries that I have visited, the portions are generous and well worth the money. The service is very good and less formal than the hotel.
