The entrance to the upstairs tearooms is through a kitchen/cookery shop. I didn't notice a disabled access. The tearooms are pleasant, we had a window seat overlooking the main shopping street. Service was sharp, it wasn't too busy. We had coffee (which was delicious) and ham and tomato sandwich with garnish and crisps and it was yummy.
Prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly
