Everything was simply perfect. The location is gorgeous, lovely rooms and facilities. The customer service level is the highest I've come across. Kitchen is a little bit slow but the food is definitely worth the wait, delicious!

the hotel was lovely clean and spacious but it is the staff that make your stay so wonderful. They are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them, they will suggest places to visit, book the trips for you, print maps off etc. The food is delicious in both the brasserie and fine dining restaurants, but if you want something else they will accommodate you. We will definitely return to the hotel. My husband had some fishing lessons on their own private lake, and there is also a river that can be fished. The staff took a keen interest in knowing how my husband got on. The swimming pool is very warm and clean. Every comfort is here at this hotel it is in a beautiful setting, and well worth a visit particularly if you like hand picked hotels a jewel in the crown.

Room Tip: all rooms are lovely overlooking stream or garden having balcony or patio

The hotel was very good but requiring some minor maintenance. The staff were excellent and did all in their power to make sure we had a good experience. The food was very good, the location was great and the pool was so good that even I learnt to swim!

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean and tidy with lots of little extras - bathrobes and slippers, magazines etc. We had a garden room with patio doors opening out onto the terrace which was lovely. Breakfast was really good - lots of choice and the hot food all cooked to order. We had dinner in the brasserie and it was fabulous. There isn't much else around if you don't want to eat in the hotel, we ended up driving several miles to find someone to eat on our second night. As per previous reviews, the staff are all lovely in the hotel, friendly and approachable and nothing too much trouble. Really good spot for exploring Snowdonia and the north coast. Recommended!

I recently attended a meeting at the Seiont Manor Hotel which was marred by a punctured tyre (and no spare wheel!) a couple of miles shy of my destination, forcing me to abandon the car and get a lift on to the hotel. Upon hearing of my situation, James at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful, taking it upon himself to arrange a repair, driving me to collect the wheel from my car and then on to the garage. He even offered to lend me the spare wheel from his own car, alas it would not fit. James' assistance was well beyond the call of duty and hugely appreciated. The hotel is lovely, from what I saw of it, and based on this experience I would make a point of staying there in the future.

Stayed here for two nights this last week.

What I liked: Location of the hotel is execellent and set ints own grounds -our room looked out onto the gardens and sheep! - Fantastic and not a hint of traffic noise anywhere. Hotel was immaculate, staff well turned out and unfailingly courteous and considerate; all were very professional and clearly enjoyed their work there. Service was more akin to 4/5 star than the 3 star that it boasts. Bedroom was clean, well presented and a great refuge during the unfortunate inclement weather, which we experienced. Great for access to the National Park.
Breakfast was cooked to order and again presented to the highest standards; there was an excellent choice on the menu coupled with a help-yourself-buffet bar.

What I didn't like: Nothing really - save, when they set a table again for breakfast, I just wish that they would clean the table of crumbs from the previous occuppier before seating someone else.

We shall stay here again: Highly recommended.

Room Tip: go for a room that overlooks the garden

I had promised my Wife I would take her to North Wales and to the top of Snowdon. Having read many good reviews of the Seiont Manor Hotel I decided to book three nights bed and breakfast.
The Hotel is situated in lovely grounds. The room was very spacious and well appointed. We had a lovely large double bed which was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, made very entertaining by HELEN who is a real character (hope she had a nice birthday) , together with the rest of the staff who were all very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the Seiont Manor Hotel. ( PS We did go on the train to the top of Snowdon, and it was clear and sunny)

Room Tip: We had the ( basic room) which was brilliant.
