I stayed here with my family for two nights (23-25 Aug) and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. It is peaceful and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend that you eat in the hotel at least once for evening meal during your stay to sample the various home made dishes on offer.
My girls loved the two small ponies that are on the hotel grounds and the waterfall which is a short 400mtr walk from the front door, the garden is lovely too.
I thought that the bar was reasonably priced and value for money and the two girls that work in the hotel bar/restaurant are very friendly and engaging.
To summarise, it was a great stay in a very friendly hotel with a nice and pleasant staff.
