We selected this walk as lots of the local walks were a bit too challenging for my children. This walk was about 3 miles and on a fairly good path. The walk involves walking down through a valley alongside a small river / stream and then going back up the other side. Although the return journey is all uphill, it's not too challenging and can be taken slowly.
Parking is available in a layby at the top of the walk and there are a couple of benches along the way. Also there's a geocache hidden part way round for those who are into it.
