Ordered takeout on a busy Friday night. Staff barely acknowledged we were talking to them as we ordered and were very grumpy with each other. Seemed to be several of them standing around even though they were busy.

Were told it would be half an hour wait and as the resteraunt was so hot decided to wait elsewhere. Returned to find our order still not ready for 15 minutes.

Not impressed with the food- Veg aloo very poor- bland and mushy. Meat dishes indistinct, dupiaza a bit better.

It was a really disappointing experience- i don't know how far away the next nearest curry house is, but its probably worth the drive.

8 of us arrived for a meal, and were told to come back in an hour, which we did. While we were waiting, staff were arguing with each other quite inapropriately, and customers were walking out. Well they were trying to, but the staff actually locked the door so they couldn't leave! We became more concerned and asked if they were actually able to accomodate us, they insisted we would be seated soon, they then asked a couple to leave their table,l it seemed, to try and accomodate us. The couple quite rightly became annoyed, as this was what seemed, to be the last straw, following a catalogue of cock ups they had endured, the waiter then tried to lock them in when they refused to pay! They escaped and were chased down the street by three staff, who tried to dragg them back in! It was awful! Then it was our turn, we asked the manager to replace 3 glasses of coke, which were flat - and this seemed to really annoy him, and at first he refused, but we continued to insist, he was clearly unhappy, then when he served us our food, my 12 year old daughter was served with a Tikka Masalla that was hotter than the sun! At this point we had just had enough of trying to reason with them and i instructed my family to get up and leave our un eaten meals - everyone was so upset that we lost our appatite.. To our horror they tried to lock us in too! I appologised to the other customers about the disturbance, but they all seemed to agree with me anyway! we eventually escaped but were all very distressed... Its not what you expect when you go for a family meal at a resturant! i will be reporting the inccident to trading standards, as i think if my daughter ate that curry, it would have made her ill! But to be fair, no one could have ate the curry. To round it all off, the toilets were flooded and looked like they hadnt been cleaned for some time! Terrible end to a great holiday!

We were really disappointed with this place, they kept us waiting forever for the table and when we eventually got our table we were waiting at least another half an hour for our food which we had to ask for several times.

The food was awful, really a below average curry in every way, quite disgusting. When we tried to complain to the manager they kept us waiting a long time more until we physically went to talk to them and then they told us the manager was not there. Such a bad set up and so unprofessionally run, they only get customers as Abersoch is so small.

Oh and they insisted on cash only, we presumed to avoid tax.

Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered food for 8, might have been just enough for 4, we added extra things that we had at home and still finished hungry!
