“Good Quality B & B”
Reviewed August 9, 2012

A great location right in the centre of Abersoch the Angorfa is a good quality b & b. Andy & Mandy, the owners, made us feel very welcome during our 4 day stay in July. We had room 7 which was on the ground floor and very spacious with a small table & chairs in the room with en suite facilities. The hotel was bright & modern with a lovely breakfast room and an outdoor eating area for those sunnier days! The breakfast choice was excellent and all freshly cooked. Abersoch can be very busy & noisy but even though the hotel is on the main road we couldn't hear much traffic noise in our room. The location is ideal for shops, beaches and all the local attractions and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again, an excellent b & b .

What a great B&B in every sense. I recently stayed at Angorfa for 9 nights; the room was spotless and clean, the bed comfortable and the cooked full English breakfast was delicious .The owners Andy and Mandy were both friendly and very helpful, as indeed were the rest of the staff On top of this the location was ideal being 2 minutes walk to the heart of Abersoch and 5 minutes walk to the beach.Parking was very limited but the car park directly across the road offers a fairly priced weekly ticket. Overall, Angorfa was great value for money and I shall definately book again if / when I return to Abersoch.

Excellent B&B, really friendly owners who are accomodating, we've just come back from a week's stay and this is the 2nd time we've stayed for the dinghy week. Breakfasts are tasty and homecooked with nice ingredients. Rooms very clean and well presented. Brilliant value for money, you can't find a better B&B I'm sure. We'll be staying again. Only down side is lack of B&B parking space but there is plenty parking around the area.

My husband an I stayed at the Angorfa for 3 nights 19th June. It was very clean room and great breakfasts, very friendly owners. Mandy & Andy did really well dealing with a power cut on one of our days and only had a couple of gas rings to use having to boil a pan of water to make tea/coffee but they did a great job we were still served a hot breakfast, unfortunately the power cut was the whole of Abersoch and other places didn't manage quite as well. Abersoch is a lovely little village well worth visiting. The beach is perfect and only 5 mins from the Angorfa and the local pubs and shops are a 1 minute walk away perfect location. thanks Andy & Mandy from Lynda & Paul

Room Tip: Room 5 was quite small. not really a criticism just an observation if you are staying longer than a...

Stayed for 2 nights over New years eve and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners just couldnt have been more accomadating and really went out of there way for us as we had a last minute change of circumstances.
Its a 30 second walk into the village, 5 minutes from the beach. Rooms are nice, modern and clean and the breakfasts are the best in Abersoch.
STAY AT THIS B&B!!

Room Tip: If You have a dog, ask for room 7!!

Thought it was time to write a review of our stay at the Angorfa. We stayed in September and we were not dissapointed, the place has a modern fresh feel and has a seaside theme throughout, which we thougt was a really nice touch. Owners very friendly and the breakfast's are superb with plenty of choice. We will be booking again for 2012.

So very very lovely creating a wonderful cosy, warm happy feeling within. Many factors contributed to this, I`ll try and analyse them!:- Very effficient booking in service, very clean and tidy, charmfully decorated with crafts/pictures that give you a warm, cosy relaxing holiday feeling with added bonus you could buy them! Room nice comfy size, efficiently kitted out. Very warm and friendly, genuine hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay how we wanted it to be. Feelings are powerful and govern our decisions in life and so definately want to come here again to recapture those beautiful `feelings`again! Many thanks for all your hard work to create this magical ethos!
