Me and my son went for a cooked breakfast before xmas shopping and as the place in gronant was shut for the winter we ended up here, great because you can park in aldi and pop across the road so adequate parking, we entered the cafe and were shown to a table in the back, the surroundings were clean but felt like we were in somebody's house not a cafe not what I was used to just felt a bit of a weird set-up, thought the food was fairly priced @ £5.25 for a large breakfast but it was after I had ordered the drinks I got the shock of my life £2.25 for a normal no frills coffee and £1.75 for a can yes 1 can of coca cola absolutely criminal prices for a spoon of coffee hot water and milk (also got a malted milk biscuit) and a 40p can, staff were friendly enough with us, toast was nice and thick, bacon was overcooked and quite hard, sausages were cheap, egg and black pud were fine, we certainly wont be going again just due to the price of the drinks being scandalous.

From the moment we walked in at 8:15 we were made to feel so welcome and nothing by was too much trouble. Excellent coffee, excellent breakfast. Excellent excellent excelllent morning. We went as a family yesterday morning and had a really great start to the day. So welcoming and excellent food. The quality of all was tip top and the eggs were cooked to perfection. A wonderful visit. Spot on.

The locals know this is the best café in Prestatyn with excellent food and service, the breakfast is better than any we have tried in the UK. The café is clean, neat linen table cloths and napkins, the owner and staff always give a warm welcome.
Breakfast comes with lovely thick toast. Many other delicious meals are available, roast dinners, curry, lasagne, jacket potatoes, salad and toasties. If you order in advance you can have a delightful afternoon tea on a reserved table, good as the Ritz at much less price. The tea and coffees are exceptional. All prices are competitive.
We first visited this café 6 years ago on recommendation of a friend we never miss a visit every time we are in the area.

Excellent food and coffee all freshly cooked. Whilst I was there welsh school holiday club came 20 children , no problem whatsoever. Nice to see well behaved children. All came and said Diolch to the owner , obviously enjoyed themselves as did the owner and staff. Yes the back is used as that is where the food tables are. Coffee in the front.
