Great little cottage with amazing views.
Loved the walk into Barmouth along the beach.
The cottage is on a smallholding and it's worth making sure you are aware of this before booking. Jan and Nick do explain this in their booking info.
Our dog loved watching the ducks, chickens, horses, cats and dogs running around but some dogs may find this rather distracting. Think our dog thought it was like TV...He was glued to window the whole time wondering what would run past!
The cottage is well equipped and comfortable.
Expensive for a short break but sitting on the deck in the sunshine watching the sunset was definitely worth it.

Very good cottage accommodation; excellent kitchen and sitting/eating area; lovely terrace overlooking the sea; a proper bath and shower would be preferable to the wet room. The short walk down to the beach is very convenient; and on into Barmouth takes another 20 mins or so.

Jan and Mick have certainly created a stunning venue for a great chill out holiday. They are close at hand in case anything goes wrong (not that anything has as every care is taken to ensure that everything is in good order), but you always feel free to do as you please. The standard has been kept up and it shows that the owners care for the property themselves.

great welcome from jan and mick on arrival. they are the perfect hosts, there if you need them without imposing themselves. the cottage is in a great location with all the amenities you require, spectacular views with easy access to town, local beach and surrounding attractions, of which there are many. perfect for relaxing on decking in the day and watching sunset in the evening. it has the added bonus of fresh eggs every morning from your own chickens! will definitely be returning. the dog cant wait.

This is the most amazing place with even more stunning views out to sea, loved every minute of our stay. The owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome and at home. The barn is beautiful, with a lovely large decking and garden area. So relaxing, watching all the farms resident animals and we had fun letting the hens out for a run and collecting eggs. Nice and close to Barmouth, we can't wait to return.
