I have stayed a few times at the park and was yet to eat in the bay restaurant. And was a sublime meal it was. The bruschetta and goats cheese starter was to die for including the raspberry dressing that looked as thought it should be a paint colour not food, yet yummy. The lamb Ballantine was out of this world. Great to sea lamb served with seasonal vegetable. I was completely stuffed and was no room for dessert however I will be back. The staff was very welcoming toward the party, we was seated in the bar for drinks and shown out table when our starter was ready. Making the time fly by so quickly.
