My daughters wedding was held in the hotel both the ceremony and the reception/evening party. The wedding co-ordinations were extremely helpful and well organised. We had a lot of guests stay overnight and everyone ate in the restaurant the evening before. So many compliments were made by the guests regarding the food and the friendly staff. The actual wedding day went by so smoothly. The staff did a wonderful job of decorating the room and leading the ceremony along. The day could not have gone any better. We are so thankful to the staff for making the day truly memorable for all the right reasons. The rooms were all clean and a good standard. All the food consumed was a good standard, if a little pricey. The spa facilities were an added bonus and most enjoyable. Book your event with confidence.

Room Tip: We had the superior room (main suite in the hotel) which was huge and gorgeous! Lovely balcony with...

Stayed at hotel for a night which included use of the spa, evening meal, entertainment, nights stay and breakfast. It was amazing value for money. The staff were excellent and very helpful, rooms very clean and modern. The spa was also very clean and all facilities very modern.

The best part was the effort the staff and chef went to for my food allergies.I usually end up with a fruit salad as my dessert but the chef made something much more exciting for me which included strawberry, layers of biscuits with a raspberry coulis. So instead of feeling like a burden I felt very special having my own dessert. Will definitely go back again with friends or my husband

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the tower

Firstly, if there are any poor reviews because of a group of rowdy females on Saturday 26 January then I sincerely apologise and take all the blame for it.

The Towers was this year's choice for our annual spa break. 11 of us ranging from mid 20s to late 40s, on our 8th spa break, all ready for a relaxing time and a good catchup. We got a great deal, with a 2 course meal included, staying in the superior twin rooms in the spa annexe. The rooms were perfect. Nice and modern, spacious and nicely decorated. It was great to be located in the same building as the spa, meaning we could roam around in our robes and slippers without feeling self-conscious.

The best bits: lovely friendly staff in all areas (restaurant, reception, spa & housekeeping); fantastic treatments (I had the caviar facial which was one of the best facials I've ever had); wonderful large chillout lounge; great value.

The only negative we could report was the lack of hot water in the evening when we were all getting ready for our evening meal. But the next day it was piping hot and plentiful.

Would I go there again? Definitely with a group or with a girlie friend, but perhaps not for a romantic break with hubby. I wouldn't want to risk bumping into a group like us!!!!

An excellent stay and highly recommended.

We went to the Towers for a Spa overnight break. We arrived on the Friday after work, we don't live that far away.

Unfortunately they had no record of our booking, I did it over the phone and I know the deposit had come out. To be fair to the girl on reception, took our word for it and booked us in to a suite instead.

The room was lovely, very big, it had 3 desks! My only criticism is that the bath leaked, we ended up putting a glass over the plug as the water just wasn't filling up.The bed was massive but a little on the hard side for me.

We had dinner in the evening, again the staff were friendly and the food was good and not bad value. I have been to Spa hotels before where the food has been worse and a lot more expensive.

The breakfast was good, good choice of hot and cold food. My boyfriend missed his fruit and croissant, but you can't please everyone.

The following morning we went to the Spa which was very clean and nice, the girls were really helpful. We waited in the Chill Out Lounge until our treatment time. You get free teas, coffees and biscuits which is a nice touch.

I had a facial and my boyfriend had a massage. We went in the same room which was good, it was very relaxing.

All in all had a lovely time, and will return.

Fabulous place to stay, great value and best in Swansea and surrounds. Its been nicely upgraded and staff are really friendly. Spa is a bonus, not something you would expect!
Location is great, just far enough out of town but close enough. Rooms are good and tidy, we stayed in the sweet on the top floor which was a very pleasant free upgrade.

we found the restaurant very pleasant with a nice ambience. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. As for the meal itself it was of a very high standard, well presented and of a very high quality. We would thoroughly recommend it to all our friends and family and will definitely be paying another visit some time soon.
