You can walk there from Aberaeron - only two and a bit miles. A nice little walk. Really interesting old house both architecturally (Nash) and to see how the wealthy lived at that time

Visited here Wednesday 2nd October 2013 in the afternoon. It was a lovely Nash building and the stories of the people that lived there were very much brought to life by the exhibits, the information and the staff (especially the gentleman on the first floor who was humorous and very knowledgeable). We had a lovely time there. Thank you to the young lady attendant on the ground floor who screened the stuffed snake from my wife's view so she could walk up the stairs.

This was our second visit here and the place continued to charm us. We didn't do the house again this time but went around the working farm and grounds. They are beautiful and we had a lovely time.

There is a cafe and small shop. The shop we felt needed to be a bigger as it didn't stock much. When we went last year they stocked more local artists work like from Rhiannon Roberts. They have nothing like that on display and we thought this was a real shame and a lost opportunity.

As it is in a holiday destination area as well and many people were there with young children like us I really feel it needs a playground area. This would make such a difference.

All the staff we came into contact with were very helpful and welcoming.

We would recommend a visit to this NT place.

Spent the whole day, wandering around the house, grounds, gardens etc. Accessible for Wheelchair, although the chair couldn't get upstairs there was a DVD presentation of the upstairs to watch 10/10 for thought and consideration. Grounds and Gardens totally accessible, even went over the bridge and ventured into the woods for a walk/wheel, had a picnic by the lake although interrupted by hungry ducks!!!! Our party of 4 ranged from 19 to 83 in age and we all had a lovey day. The tea rooms were excellent...we can highly recommend the carrot cake. Good value for money.
