Perfect cottage for a family at a very convenient location in Llandovery, close to all coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Alice is very welcoming and makes you feel home quickly.

“A quiet, relaxing stay”
Reviewed February 20, 2017 for a stay in February 2017

A very quiet, secluded street, probably the prettiest in Llandovery. The castle was at the end of the road and the children were able to access a "poke-stop" from the house! Easy walking distance to the cafes and shops of Llandovery. Parking at the end of the road. The owner couldn't have been more welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again

“Very good accomodation”
Reviewed June 6, 2016 for a stay in June 2016

I would recommend this accommodation, everything was excellent from the communication to questions before we departed and the greeting on arrival. Located in a very quiet spot and close to all amenities.

The house has everything required and Alice was very accommodating and a big thanks for the nice chocolate cake left for our party after a day at the beach.

I look forward to using the property in the near future.

“Spotless, well-presented and homely.”
Reviewed June 1, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

The owner met us at the property and all was prepared tho' we were a little early. There was a bottle of wine, a dozen eggs from the owner's own hens, and the necessary basics at the house waiting for us, and the kettle ready boiled! We were given all the information necessary and given the owner's telephone number in case of any problems or queries. There were plenty of towels, spare bed linen etc., and the house itself is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are plenty of eating places and small shops in the town, and it is central for visiting many areas. I would recommend this property to any friends or family intending to visit this part of Wales.

“Had a wonderful stay; enjoyed both location and accommodation.”
Reviewed February 26, 2016 for a stay in August 2015

Looking forward to a return visit to Castle Street this year. Great location; quiet, but tucked in behind the charming and flowery centre of Llandovery with its market hall, personal shops and friendly cafes. (Long may they escape the ravages of progress.)

The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained, the kitchen is convenient to use, and it's all remarkably spacious for a very central and historic building. Parking was not a problem as there was off road space a few yards away round the corner.

Attractive furnishings and fabrics in the lounge give it the cosy feeling of a well-loved family home, and patio doors open onto a pleasant garden. Upstairs, all is well appointed, and a thoughtful touch is the provision of blinds as well as curtains on the bedroom windows. And the lights are good enough to read in bed - why is this so often neglected?

Altogether a lovely stay, and hopefully one of many.
