We only went in for an ice cream and had a mini challenge OMG I can still remember the pain of eating too much ice cream, as fantastic as it was!

Not a bad place at all. Prices were reasonable. Food was good but nothing to brag about. Try the fried egg rolls if you get the chance. Interior is well decorated with lots of stuffed wildlife heads on the walls. Service was prompt.

“Looks better than it is.”
Reviewed November 6, 2013

We thought the title was cute so we stopped in. Food was usual fare, not bad. Bartender needs an education regarding eastern/central time. We asked to have one of the tv's changed to the World Series, he insisted not 'til 8 PM, however, being in the central time zone really 7 PM! No World series!

“Uncaring Customer Service”
Reviewed October 25, 2013

Order prime rib dinner with 2 sides but no bread. Charged us .99 for 2 slices of cold white bread pulled out of a sack. Couldn't have cost them no more than .15. For .99, the bread could have at least been buttered and/or heated. Piccadilly Cafeteria charges .29 for extra bread that is homemade (cornbread stick, soft roll, biscuit, etc.). Manager Terry Trim was unconcerned & thought this complaint was without merit. How would you feel if you ordered prime rib and they brought out 2 slices of cold, white plain bread? You wouldn't find this at Outback, O'Charley's, Applebees, Longhorn or any other reputable establishment that serves prime rib, steak or even barbeque dinners. It astonishes me to see restaurants loose customers over $5 or less...in this case, one dollar. Read further down in these reviews about the people who waited 1 1/2 hours for their food, were late for the baseball game, and were comped a mere 25% (should have been at least 50% and probably100%). Places like these just don't get it and when they lose business, they will blame it on the economy or Obama.

“Average Food ”
Reviewed October 21, 2013 via mobile

Kooky Canuck was convenient to my hotel. Waitress was very pleasant and recommended an appetizer sampler for dinner. Way too much food. BBQ egg rolls could have used more crispy coke slaw. Enjoyed the fried green tomatoes. Chicken fingers a bit overlooked. Too much fried food but I was down south! Very nice waitress and I loved the sweet tea. Everyone raved about the burgers.
