“An attraction and transportation in one”

The best thing we did was start our time in Memphis with the riverfroont loop on the Trolley. We stayed along Main Street and took it everywhere -- Beale Street, South Main Arts District, Civil Rights Museum, Sun Records, etc.

“Great way to see and experience Memphis!”
Reviewed March 31, 2013

We were in town to see the zoo and to visit a friend. The first thing he suggested was the trolley. I was a bit nervous about it, but thought why not. Next to the Beale Street experience, this is an absolute must do. I'm very thankful to have seen the river and the tourist spots via this trolley experience. The people on the trolley were very interesting, also. :)

“Enjoyable ride on the trolley”
Reviewed March 31, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I rode the trolley from the Marroitt to Union Street to eat at Charlie Vergos' Rendezvous. There were eleven of us. The driver was very helpful. I enjoyed the ride.

“great way to get around”
Reviewed March 30, 2013

We stayed downtown Memphis, and never drove our car! Trolley stops up and down main street and also has a river loop and a route that goes to the Medical center. We bought a one day pass for $3.50 and rode it 6-8 times a day. Trolley operators are incredibly helpful if you ask for info- but are not intrusive. We were able to take one to Sun Records because of the clear directions from our operator. They also will ask you where you are going and make sure you get off at the right stops. Just look at the front of the trolley as it is coming down the tracks to make sure you get on the right one. It only costs $1.00 to ride, and runs from early morning to 11 at night. The latest we rode one was from Beale St. about 10:30 one night. Stops are well lit at night.

“Fun for all ages!”
Reviewed March 29, 2013

What a treat to ride this trolley. The trolley was clean and the conductor was friendly and helpful. Take the loop on the trolley and see beautiful Memphis. We could not get over that it was only $1 to ride the trolley. An amazing bargain and a must-do while in Memphis!
