“Pricey but worth looking at once”
Reviewed March 27, 2012

The prices were a bit high for what I was expecting. We bought tickets to see an IMAX movie, the planetarium, and the museum exhibits. The exhibits were interesting to my wife and I, but my 3 year old was bored to tears. The imax movie turned out to be a documentary style 45 minute show on "tornado alley" which looking at the posters, seemed to be interesting, but wasn't for my children. We were not able to see the planetarium since the last showing was at 3:00PM and the movie also started at 3:00PM. The ticket vendor was happy to take our money but neglected to tell us we didn't have time 2 see everything. Its interesting to see if you've never been but I probably won't ever go back

“who knew?”
Reviewed March 26, 2012

Wouldn't have guessed that the Piggly Wiggly chain of stores would produce a pink stoned mansion that would be later expanded to be a great multi-attraction museum (history, art, imax, planetarium...).
Went there to fill a couple hours, and then wished I had at least twice that time to take in more of what was available.

“Some interesting informaiton”
Reviewed March 18, 2012

There is something for all ages and interests, you can skip what you don't care about and focus more time on what you find interesting. Disappointed that some of the rooms were closed for an event later that night.

“A Wonderful Place to Visit”
Reviewed March 17, 2012

There is a lot here to see and enjoy, plus the exhibits change so you want to check their website.

Parking is convenient, and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.
