“Um. . . Its a statue”
Reviewed July 1, 2013 via mobile

It is a nice statue but not really sure what all the hubbub is about . . . Its a statue. Don't make a special trip but you can see it when you're walking Beale Street.

“Welcome to Memphis, home of the KING!”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

What a great way to honor the KING! This is a very good statue, but personally I prefer the one now located in the lobby of the Tennessee Welcome Center on Riverside Drive.

“Cool”
Reviewed May 20, 2013

They do love their Elvis! Also check out "The Two Kings" at the welcome center near Mud Island, where they have a different statue of Elvis along with BB King. It's worth the stop.

“Great, but dont bother with platinum”
Reviewed May 12, 2013

Great tour, touching, informative, well worth the trip, but dont bother with platinum, one extra room and express transport their and back and about three minutes before everyone else arrives to view house with you.

“A "Must see", imho.”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

Elvis put Memphis, TN on the map and continues to do so. I think this is an awesome statue of Elvis capturing his very movements. For Elvis fans, as I am, you will want to see this and you should go out of your way to see it, but it's so conveniently placed near the Beale Street action and the Orpheum Theater, so chances are you will be steps away anyway.......For non-Elvis fans, this is the King of Rock 'n Roll. Have some respect.
