Blue cheese appetizer good, gumbo spicy but just OK, steak frittes was tough. Not high on my list of downtown restaurants. Ambience good and service good. Will not return any time soon.

Food quality and quantity fantastic. We had a mix of oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs and bacon and toast, we didn't need to eat until dinner that day!

We stayed at the Madison Hotel and had the pleasure of going downstairs and eating dinner and breakfast. Great menu with great service!

This past weekend we had a dinner party at Eighty3. It started off as a party of 12 but closer to the weekend it went to 16 guests. The staff did a great job accommodating us. Our server Scarlett was very helpful and went out of her way to give us suggestions. Our food was fantastic and everything arrived in a timely manner and was cooked perfectly. We had such a large group and the restaurant was very busy so you would expect a problem or two but we had none. I would recommend going to this restaurant whenever you are in Memphis. The hands down table favorite appetizer was the cornbread. We had a couple of teenagers with us that said they could have just eaten it for dinner!

Lunch with special friends at Eighty3 ( ..downtown Memphis at the Madison Hotel ) prior to "Anything Goes" at the Orpheum Theatre . Small restaurant with contemporary decor, great service by Marci and staff and wonderful food. Don't miss the Eighty3 signature cornbread with honey-jalapeno butter ( worth the trip alone ). We sampled Soy Mirin Glazed Salmon, Patty Melt with fried green tomato and honey bourbon BBQ sauce, Sesame Soy Ribeye Steak Salad and Blueberry bread pudding and Godiva creme brulee for dessert .
Great dining experience at Eighty3!
