A place that charges $50.00 for a platter for four should at least give you real dishes and cutlery. Paper plates and plastic knives to cut ribs was not appreciated. Ribs had a distinctive wood smoked flavour. Since this was our first time eating memphis style BBQ, I was not very impresses. Texas BBQ is much tastier. They advertise that the ribs have been cooking all night, and if that were the case the meat should have been more tender, and less chewy. Pulled pork was good.
