The only downside to this place was a 60-70 minutes wait, but we were kind of prepared for that and managed to run a few errands during that hour. They have a big menu, but we all went for one of the omelettes, and they were great. Oldie but goodie.

Okay. Struan toast, home fries and a latte. I'm in heaven. The downside to Brother Juniper's is often the wait. They do have a coffee bar though so all is not lost. One can call in ahead to have them put your name on a reserved list.

The wait is worth it. The omelets are tasty - the veggies are cooked properly in the omelets. Still fresh but softened. I could wax on about the Struan toast.....

And if you like grits, but not cheese grits, they'll leave the cheese out if you ask.

Looking forward to heading back to my favorite breakfast in Memphis.

We heard some great reviews of this very small restaurant. So we were given driving instructions and made the trip with very high expectations. Unfortunately, it was good, but not outstanding. We did visit on a week day and not on a weekend when they serve specials. The portions were generous and our coffee cups were always full.

This is one of our favorite places anywhere for breakfast. It is a small family owned and operated restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. We haven't been during lunch hours, but each time we've been for breakfast it is full to the brim with people anxious to get a table and enjoy the delicious food. My favorite item on the menu is the home fries (potato cubes that are pan fried with seasonings until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside). Such large portions, don't be surprised if you feel like you are in a "breakfast coma" after eating here.

Classic American Breakfast Joint. Big portions, friendly service, reasonable prices. Only downside is that the waits can be long when it is crowded.
