Just a short stroll from beale street towards peabody place the
saucer is an oasis for all types of beer on tap and served in proper glasses too.It is a large comfortable friendly pub with
good snacks as well. Worth a visit and more.

“One of the best bars ever!”
Reviewed April 10, 2007

While most bars offer 5-6 beers on tap, when you walk into the Flying Saucer you see a wall stretching the entire length of the building full of taps. They have a large selection of dark beer, something hard to find in America's culture of clear and tasteless beers. Monday nights are $2.50 pint nights! This is the only place I have ever paid less than $4 a pint for Guinness. 1554 is also a must. My wife had a couple of mixed drinks which she really loved.

They also have a better location in Little Rock, but it's not listed on TripAdvisor.

“Great Beer Selection”
Reviewed July 17, 2006

The Flying Saucer has a big beer selection and great food. It is right in the middle of everything downtown. If you go late night they usually charge a cover and it gets so packed that you can barely move.
