The accommodations were great but what made it even better was the staff. They were always helpful, friendly & smiling. Most hotel staff do what they need to do to accommodate but the staff here went above & beyond. They communicated in a pleasant manner & didn't seem annoyed you asked for something. It didn't feel like a hotel stay at all. Would definitely go back!

The price wasn't bad ($110/night), and the bed, TV and shower worked OK. However--no floor mat for shower (slippery tile), and huge condensation on insides of windows. Not that horrifying, but the condensation from the floor above dripped through to our floor all night. We ended up bolting from the room and starting our drive for home. Too bad, the place had potential, but it's in need of climate control improvement.

We booked this hotel well in advance for a teaching conference. We called 3 times prior to arriving to make sure everything would be accessible. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was not accessible. We went to the room and found out I could not even enter the bathroom. We returned to the front desk to be told there were no accessible rooms at all. We had to stay at a nearby hotel and lift my 200 pound chair into the back of a rental van to go back and forth from the hotel to and from the conference where I was giving 3 presentations. All of my colleagues were at the Hilton so polishing our presentations and working together was compromised, also. I will never go back there.

My experience in this hotel was fantastic. I went to the hotel on a Wednesday and departed on a Saturday. Not once I went to eat outside of the hotel restaurant. Great service, atmosphere and price. All the staff was helpful, professional and caring of your needs

The location of this hotel is great. Many close by restaurants and easy to get downtown. The lobby area is stylish and modern. The rooms could use some updating. I was surprised that there was no refrigerator in the room. This is a very common thing to have in a basic hotel. Also, the beds were small and televisions poor quality. But the stay was quiet and nice and service was great and very responsive. I would stay here again.
