This is a great chance to be taken on a tour through a working factory, in this case making guitars.
Tours do book out so either book in advance and arrive at least 10 minutes before time or they'll give your booking away, or arrive in the hope you can simply get on a tour when you want.
They have a great showroom you can browse while waiting for the tour to start.
After donning protective eye-shades you are escorted to a display area and given a brief history of Gibsons then taken into the factory itself. As it is a working factory, and was the day we were there you can take no photos nor stray from the tour path.
This tour gives a great understanding into how complex the manufacturing process really is and make you appreciate the finished products even more.
