A delicious mix of ice cream and snocones in an old part of town. You'll feel like you are back in the early 60's! A secret place the locals go, especially a favorite of church youth groups! Don't miss this hidden jewel.

“Fantastic!”
Reviewed April 6, 2012

Wedding cake snow cone is fantastic! All of them are great, and cheap. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but the trip is totally worth it. Sit on the grass behind the building in the sun, and it makes for a perfect treat!

“Let your inner child run wild! Melt in your mouth Heaven!”
Reviewed October 26, 2011

O.K., not the fanciest establishment or elegant neighborhood to drive thru but wished I had found this place earlier in life and so glad I made the drive finally after hearing of some little hole in the wall spot that locals want kept secret because lines tend to get long just waiting to place your order. On a recent visit I actually saw a fire truck pull up and a fireman jump off with a very long list in his hand to join line waiting that moves fairly quickly.

This "sno cone" has to be the perfect comfort food with its very fine, powdered flakes of ice piled into a cup with your choice of flavor that will melt as it touches your tongue! No chunks of ice here and if you wish to "supreme" it they will shoot soft vanilla ice cream down the center making an unbelievable combination.

Flavors are abundant like cheesecake, pink bubblegum, Hurricane Elvis, cotton candy, but the wedding cake flavor keeps me from trying others! They even offer sugar free choices and shakes made with any sno cone flavor.

This is truly the perfect old-fashioned shaved ice treat but they also have odds and ends munchy menu items like smoke sausage on a stick, shrimp po boy, hot tamales and even fried bologna sandwiches!

No seating, no scenic view, except to sit on the grass or stand and wonder where all the people come from as they arrive in numbers and join the line that sometimes circles the parking lot.

One bit of information - Cash only!

The first impression of the building when you arrive might cause you to step back but DON'T - get in that line and enjoy and you will wonder how it has not been listed as one of the places on your bucket list!! It is to die for!
