Our stay at this hotel met our needs - a good, clean place to rest after a day of sales meetings along with close proximity to places to enjoy for the evening. Very easy hotel to find if you have a GPS but could be a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the area. The parking ramp ($12/day) is very tight for full size vehicles and pickups but it's not impossible.
Elevators were being worked on while we were there and that made it impossible to take them from the parking ramp to anywhere in the hotel - this was a very big negative for us. We discovered the bellmen only after we made it to the lobby. Better pre-checkin info would have been helpful for this business traveler.
Check-in was both efficient and very courteous/helpful. Room comfortable and we didn't notice the noise though our room faced the Peabody but we were very tired so noise wasn't going to keep us awake no matter what. We relaxed for a a few hours, went down to Beale Street for a few nightcaps and then had a late meal before calling it a night. A very sweet way to finish a business trip. I think it's safe to say that we'll be back at this hotel again.More
