Flight has a creative menu that allow you to have a mix of entrees. The wine selection by-the-glass is great. I had a memorable supper !

A man and a woman who I met at the restaurant bar, told me the Flight is the best restaurant of Memphis. Although I was in Memphis for only one day, I tend to agree wih them!

When we dine out we look for interesting/ excellent food, great service and fine ambience.

We enjoyed our lunch at Flight. We loved the idea of wine flights with food flights and we're not disappointed. We had excellent flights of three chardonnays paired with lobster bisque, seared scallop with jasmine rice and a chopped red pepper relish and an excellent shrimp and grits in a mushroom sauce.

Also, three well selected Calif Pinot Noirs including the Meiomi paired with an America style charcuterie.

The service was spot on. The decor was modern with good space between tables, but a little worn.

The wine list was impressive and appropriately priced with a handsome bound carte.

We will return to try their dinner menu.

My husband and I ate here twice during our week stay in Memphis. We knew it was pricy but decided to treat ourselves. And it was totally worth it! The wait staff is top notch! They are personable and friendly. The food was off the chain... yea, I said it... off the chain! It's wonderful, original, and good portion sizes. Additionally, you get to sample or "flight" different things on the menu. It's a great concept. The staff is also very knowledgeable about their food and wine. My husband and I just recently started drinking wine so we really don't know much about wine, but we could explain to the waiter what each of us like and he provided the perfect wines for us to sample (flight). One of the flights we did was a 10, 20, and 30 year port... OMG! So good! I can't believe people leave wine in barrels for 30 years and something so smooth is produced from that patience. We totally recommend this place.... especially for couples.

Three wows for the Flight menu. Get a 'flight' of wines or appetizers or entrees or desserts. All good! Very busy upscale restaurant on a scenic corner. Watch the vintage trolleys go by as you dine on a great meal. Attention to detail with all aspects of the meal and service. We finished up our holiday in Memphis there, and it was indeed a treat.

This restaurant has flights of wine and "flights" of dinner entrees. One can sample three entrees in one meal. You can choose from their "chef suggested" trios or you can pick your own. Between the two of us, we had six different entrees and all were scrumptious. The waiter was friendly and offered suggestions and explanations about some of the dishes. Bread and butter was readily available. Service was excellent! It's a bit on the expensive side but was definitely worth it. If you're looking for something a little bit different this is the place to try.

We went on a weeknight and still had to have a reservation. If you plan to go I would make a reservation a day or two before. Since the restaurant was near our hotel we did notice that it was quite busy every evening.
