Returned here for another fantastic lunch. Always busy, crowded. Limited hours so you must go early to avoid a wait. (They need a bigger place) Often have to share a table with strangers but that's part of the charm. Most people are friendly and the conversation is fun. Staff and owner are eager to feed you & please you. They are so nice and friendly, just like home in Louisiana for me. Service is efficient, drinks never allowed to be empty. Had the chicken pasta, great as always and way too much. Suggest sharing it with a companion & trying other things. Nothing over spicy. A lot of the items are just Cajun comfort food and all good. Probably not the right place if you're on a low fat diet!
This place is NOT fancy, but some of the best food can be found in places like this!
Will go again on next visit to Memphis.
