We arrived on a Sunday afternoon at about 3:30 on the way back home. No customers were there, and the staff was preparing to close shop at 5:00. We thought they closed later, but we were wrong. We were concerned that we might get the bottom of the barrel leftovers from the day, but we were overall satisfied. We had never had rib tips, but because DDD featured them, we tried them. They are completely different than ribs and a little difficult to eat, but the flavor was outstanding. I liked the "burnt ends" taste and could have eaten more. The cole slaw was excellent and the beans were OK. I would go there again, but I would probably try other places first since I've had it already.
