BB's is my favorite place in Memphis. They have Ghost River on tap (a local brewery) that I enjoy to get every time I go to Memphis and the venue doesn't have a bad seat. The weekend band is phenomenal. I haven't had much food but the food I did have was good. $5 cover.

I go for the music. It's tops.

We popped in to BB KIngs twice to sit eat and especially to enjoy the blues. The musicians are amazing in Beale Street, so make sure you walk the street and listen to as many as possible.

When it came to sitting down to eat and watch live performance we found BB's the best. I loved the corn croquettes and enjoyed a great beef burger!

We went during Memphis in May, so Beale Street was jam packed. There were about 16 of us looking for a table to eat and we swung by BB Kings. There was a 5 buck cover charge, but that typical for any place with live music. The music was pretty good too. You also get 5 dollars off anything you want to buy in the gift shop with the cover too.

The staff place us upstairs in the VIP room which was pretty cool. It was just a standard room, but overlooked the band so it wasn't too loud and we could all talk.

The main floor gets pretty busy. The bar, dance floor, and bar tables are all mixed in. Makes for a fun atmosphere though.

Everyone enjoyed their food. ribs, chicken wings, pulled pork...you name it!

We are here twice over Memorial Day weekend. Sunday night there was a $5 cover charge per person on top of your $15 per person meal so expect to pay a lot for minimal food. You're basically paying for the band to play. Also both nights the hostesses and waitresses were completed standoffish and rude.

Sunday night we were told there was a 45 minute wait for food, so we ordered our meal through the bar. A few minutes later our table was called and we asked the waitress if they could transfer our food we ordered at te bar to our table, which she said no. She proceeded to have a conversation with the hostess and I point blank asked what's the problem. They finally worked it out but the service is poor.

We tried again Monday night and paid a $3 cover to have them bring us the wrong food and sides. The waitress told us they were out of cornbread, etc as she gave us the food. We basically told her we weren't eating there and walked out. Horrible experience.
