Not much experience with Sleep Inns but decided to save some money and stay at the Sleep Inn at Court Square. I was not disappointed. The location was convenient, a short walk to Beale St. and even faster cab ride home. The room was somewhat small, but very functional and clean. It was obvious the hotel was a newer property. The service was very good and breakfast was what you would expect. Was a little disappointing that I had to pay $12 to self park. Overall I would recommend if you want to save some money and still stay downtown.

Room Tip: My room was very quiet and in the middle of hall.

What a great find! The location is just brilliant, plenty of great restaurants and bars within an easy walk and the trolley right outside the door. Although our room on the 6th floor actually overlooked the trolley stop it wasn't noisy at all. The only fault about the stay was the sporadic internet on our floor--we had to go to the lobby to get a decent connection.

The front desk staff were superb. So friendly and welcoming was sad to leave. What a fabulous advert they are for this place.

This was our 2nd stay here; the first was during their renovation 2 years ago and this time they were completely done. We choose to stay here for its location since its walking distance to Beale or the trolley is right out the back door if you don't like to walk. Some may find the trolley noise bothersome but I never do; its part of being close to the city and its not that frequent. The room isn't huge but it has everything you need, including a fridge, a microwave, a coffee pot. It is comfortable and best of all it's VERY CLEAN. There is free breakfast in the morning, but its better to walk one block down to have delicious breakfast and the best pancakes ever at The BLUE PLATE CAFE. Also, there's parking available for $12 per night. Everything is close, including a Walgreens and the City Market. We love to visit Memphis and will always choose to stay here.

We just happened to pick the Sleep Inn as a place to spend the night on a road trip. The hotel was modern and extremely clean. Our room contained one queen bed and was very small compared to the average hotel room, yet it contained everything that one would need in a hotel room. The space was organized in such a way that nothing was left out, and yet the room did not feel cramped. The colors were very restful, and the room felt luxurious.

The location is excellent, as the trolley stops right outside the door to take you to the other side of downtown and Beale Street. However, we walked that distance. It's a town geared for walking, and we felt very safe at night.
