Friendly staff & Pleasant atmosphere but limited menu - the veggie option was a baked sweet potato with Philly which seemed a bit boring compared to the fancy prawn cocktail and fish pies and I wouldn't have wanted to eat there more than once during our stay

This tea-room has just starting serving evening meals. We ate there on our second night in Knoydart, beautiful, thoughtfully prepared food. Friendly atmosphere, very relaxed no fuss.

We went in for some ice-cream, considered having lunch there but ended up somewhere else and regretted it. But we went in for some brownie and tea before the ferry went back to Mallaig and it was one of the best I had in a long time.

I am a regular to the tearoom and live in the local community and I am extremely happy that the tearoom has decided to open 3 nights a week for evening meals giving locals and tourists alike a bit of variation. Knowing how good the food is during the day it came as no surprise to find the evening menu to be as tasty as it was! Generous portions of tasty home cooked food with a few twists! The smoked haddock lasagne - something I have never heard of - was AMAZING! And the chocolate brioche is a must try! I had such a lovely meal last night that I think I am going to go back again tonight! Well done girls!

we have been to knoydart 5 times and have always had some food at the tearooms, the staff are the friendliest and most helpful people and while you talk you can watch them make their home baked food.as well as visitors it always has the locals, always a good sign. i was also very impressed by their new evening menus which we can reccomend first hand to eat in or take away as we had them on mon, and tuesday on our recent stay. much better rhan the old forge where we ate sat and sunday and less than half the price. the quality of the soups veg and salad put the forge to shame. when we return we will look foward to their food and hospitality. good luck you deserve it.
