Such a nice B&B along the route to the isles! Elsbeth and her dog will make you feel at home in no time in this most beautiful part of Scotland. If you can, book a room here instead of opting for busy Fort William. To enjoy a meal, the Old Library restaurant is only a five minute drive away in Arisaig's village centre (and even when it is fully booked, quoting Elsbeth's name will get you in ;-))

We stayed at Leven House for two nights in June - our bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owner makes all her own bread and biscuits and serves a wonderful breakfast in her very pleasant dining room.
Arisaig was a great place to start our tour of the Scottish Highlands.
We had both our evening meals at the Old Library Restaurant which was excellent.

this must be one of the most welcoming bed and breakfast establishments. the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and enjoy excellent views over the fields towards the sea. breakfast is served in the dining kitchen and offers a lovely choice which is well cooked. Elspeth and her husband Ewan are happy to give advise and directions for the local attractions. as the weather was lovely when we stayed we enjoyed camusdarroch beach and the silver sands of morar. Also recommended by Elspeth was restaurant and bar in arisaig CNOC-NA FAIRE which is well worth a visit the smoked salmon is delicious
