Despite the low cloud and intermittent drizzle we had a fantastic time out on the water with Suzie. She took her time to explain kayaking before we set off, I'm not sure if she gave us enough information about using the skeg initially but once it became apparent it was a struggle to stay on course she came back over to assist. You don't need to be massively fit or coordinated to enjoy yourself out on the water! Despite it being a dull and wet day we still enjoyed the experience, and found ourselves surrounded by lots of very curious seals, watching us from all around!

We booked a half-day tour and it was the highlight of our trip to Scotland. Such a beautiful landscape with a fun outdoor activity... and we were joined by a group of curious seals. A magical time.

I did a days Kayaking with a friend. My friend had a little experience, I had pretty much none but we were both very well looked after. We had a lovely day of relaxed paddling around the interesting coast line and costal islands of Arisaig in beautiful sunshine. Our guide Suzie and her friend were both very knowledgable about local wildlife. We saw lots of seals and a beautiful lions mane jelly fish. A highly recommended trip.

Recently spent an afternoon on a beginners sea-kayaking adventure with Kag (sp.?) at the Arisaig Sea Kayaking Centre. Fantastic experience with a guide who really went that "extra bit" to ensure 6 novices under her charge had a great time.
Though we were spoiled on the day with sub-tropical weather, I'll bet that under (almost!) any conditions she'd make the trip interesting and worthwhile! Thoroughly recommended as a different and quite unique away-day for anyone with a bit of "adventure" in their soul!!

We were part of a group of 7. We had a great guide, Warwick, who looked after us extremely well. He was really knowledgeable, about kayaking and the wildlife and local area. He was great company. We all had different amounts of experience and he made sure that everyone learnt something new and had the chance to expand their comfort zones whilst feeling safe. The scenery is wonderful and we saw lots of seals.
Make sure you take midge repellent and a peaked hat.
