“Lovely Lunch - Love Shop”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

We visited the Port Pantry on Thursday 28th Feb. Had a lovely lunch, plenty of choice. I had a yummy sundried tomato, chorizo and mozerella panini and hubby went for the brie, cranberry and walnut panini! This was followed by a delicious cake.
Well stocked shop with interesting gifts!
Everything tasty, clean and immaculate and couldnt have asked for a friendlier service!
Hopefully next time will be around in the evening to try out the bistro! :-)

Ok but nothing special during the day. Ok service, nice soup, had to look for the ham in the sandwich.

“Never Disappoints”
Reviewed February 17, 2013

Once again had a fabulous evening meal here. Karen is a wonderful host, Mark a terriffic cook and the new decor makes it feel like you are dining in a beach hut - really nice. Over time we have tried everything on the menu and there is nothing I would say give a miss. Winter opening hours are limited. If you are planning a trip to Portpatrick then phone ahead for opening times and book a table for at least one evening. If you want wine etc with your meal remember to take it along with you.

“Lovely meal”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

Had a lovely meal at the Port Pantry. This was my first time visiting after a lot of recommendations. As was so near Christmas we took advantage of the festive set meal. The service was perfectly timed, an extra guest was no problem, food was lovely and price was cheap. The atmosphere made for a very relaxed and enjoyable evening.

“A wonderful experience!!”
Reviewed November 23, 2012

The Port Pantry is without a doubt, the highlight of Portpatick. Opening for Lunch and Coffee, with a bistro in the evening of weekends, the pantry has a great menu, different and varied from anywhere else. The quality is outstanding and the service very warm and welcoming. I felt very relaxed here and had a lovely lunch as well as a evening experience. Will definitely be back!
