What a clean, friendly and best coffee in the town. Home made soup is to die for, yummy. What a wee gold mine.

I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience.
As our Espresso machine has recently been serviced I'm surprised to hear your coffee was cold but will look into it immediately, we would have happily replaced it had it been mentioned at the time. I'm also sorry to hear you found the staff rude, we invest a lot in our staff training but again this is an area i will review as a result of your comments.
Our heating is on full from 8am in the morning but as with any old building at this time of year there can be drafts. Having only been open 7 months we are constantly re-assessing the jobs we still need to do and we will take your comments into consideration when making our plans for future changes.
Please visit us again if you are in the area and we will endeavour to make your next visit an enjoyable one.

Brilliant little cafe. We've visited regularly and the food is amazing. I'm coeliac and they do gluten free sandwiches which is great as not many places do. Even better, they have gluten free home made cakes - so nice that you wouldn't even know they were gluten free (my husband also loves the victoria sponge). It's great that they go that extra mile. Soups are the best!

What a find, in Dalbeattie!!! We have been in before for coffees, but had lunch the other day and WOW!!! They had on offer a smoked chicken with apricot chutney panini, served with salad and coleslaw.....left the tastebuds wanting more!!! The soup of the day was chicken and rice and it was also so delicious!!! They offer Tapas evenings, worth checking out as the lunch was something very special so I can only imagine those evenings will be just as good!!! Keep your eye on this place, the food is fabulous and the staff are all so very friendly and polite. They will go out of their way to make your meal special, no matter what it is, that is a plus in today's society of "if it's not on the menu we don't do it"....this place does!!! A great place to go for sure, will be going back time and again.
