“Fantastic time at The Old Police House!”
Reviewed January 5, 2017 for a stay in December 2016

We are just home after a weeks stay at The Old Police House! House is absolutely beautiful! Well equipped for 10 people staying. Lots of space. Hot tub was great, cleaned everyday. Owners very helpful. Would recommened this to anyone looking for a wee break in Kenmore! Cannot wait to go back again for New Year 2017!

“A fantastic weekend...”
Reviewed November 20, 2016 for a stay in November 2016

...had by all. 6 Adults and one (almost adult) teenager. The first steps into the house by the advance party and all you heard was "Wow". We loved the open plan layout for the downstairs, even as open plan the heating was superb and cosy. The teenager loved the games room as it contained an Xbox One so it was a home from home for him. Personally my wife and I prefer a firm mattress and initially thought the mattresses felt soft but we had a decent sleep. The location is perfect for walking about Kenmore which we did (car was parked the whole weekend). The hot tub is apparently a recent addition and it was what we looked for when searching cottages for our family weekend away and was well used. The only request would have been outside lights, however when we switched off some of the house lights and the hot tub lights the starry skies were stunning. For the twitters amongst you the bird life visitors in the garden were vast. A minutes walk finds you at the Loch side or the Kenmore Hotel. A perfect weekend had by all, a real home from home.

“Excellent large property for family or group”
Reviewed January 7, 2013 for a stay in December 2012

This is an ideal property to rent for a large family or group of friends. It caters for all ages having 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a bathroom with large walk in shower on the ground floor. Thewre are a further 3 bedrooms on the first floor and another bathroom with a hand held shower attachment.
The property is not wheelchair accessible due to steps to the front door.
There is a well equiped kitchen and open plan to the dining and lounge area so kids have plenty of room to move about. They even supplied some toys.
Television channels are limited and radio reception is poor but there are DVD players and CD players so as long as you go prepared you will be fine.
The whole area is stunning for walks and trips.
There is a Spar shop next door and the most fabulous Deli only a few hundre yards away.
