“Good little course.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 27, 2013

The condition of the course was excellent with really good greens. This course is not for big hitters but is still a great 9 holer with different tee,s on the back nine.Didn,t use the clubhouse so cant rate the food or facilities but the staff were friendly .For the not too serious golfer this is a great course to play .

“A lovely round”

A very interesting and challenging 9 hole course. In excellent condition and very friendly staff. I found the wall in front of the par 3 a special and for me unique challenge.

“Fantastic little course!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 13, 2013

What a great little golf club, everyone we met there was so friendly. My partner was thrilled with his shots over the water. This was our first golf experience together...great place to start. Loved being able to pop in for lunch after the front nine, then out for the back nine. My kind of golf!

“A Great Day's Golf”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 6, 2013

I have been lucky to visit Killin Golf Club twice a year over the past few years and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time and always look forward to returning. The local golfers are very welcoming and encourage visitors to join them.

The course itself has nine holes each of which gives a good test of golf ability. The course is beautifully laid out and in very good condition and has the advantage of two sets of tees that offer a different challenge on the second nine. Nine holes is a good idea followed by a visit to the clubhouse for a bit of a rest where there is usually lots of chat and a good choice of food etc. well prepared by Lucas & Monica. That should set you up nicely for the second nine.

Although all the holes are good it has to be said the par four fourth will test golf skill and energy levels. The climb from the tee to the top of a hill, down the other side and up again is a test of stamina. More than once one of the local eighty-year olds has waited patiently for me to catch up and I am much younger than that!

The par five ninth is a lovely hole that Paul Lawrie has stated is 'one of the best holes in Scotland'.

I look forward to going back again this summer.
