This was our second visit to loch Tay lodges we stayed in a wig wam they were roomy enough with good amenities we had a fantastic view of the loch. The shower and toilets block were very clean. There is also a block with cooking facilities for those who want to cook. We ate in the bar restraunt and the food was ok staff are all great and very helpful,.we will be back again great place.

Stayed for two nights in one of the standard wigwams. Beautiful location and very happy with our stay. One of the lights in the wigwam did not work but there was one working light and ample natural light so it wasn't something we were too worked up about. A dirty cloth was left in the corner of the wigwam also. The wigwam itself was clean and tidy as well as the white goods so all in all very happy. Would recommend and stay again.

Just brilliant. Friendly staff, great location. Stayed in a wigwam - great value. Surprisingly spacious. Everything worked well and was clean. It's also surprisingly very warm! Electricity included in wigwams - real bonus. All communal areas were very clean and modern too. Loads of lovely walks/climbs nearby too.

We had a great week at Loch Tay Highland lodges. we stayed in Gulls Island Lodge looking right over the loch. The staff in reception and the bar/restaurant were great helpful and efficient. The only things that let them down was the lack of an onsite shop for things we forgot or ran out of. On stripping the beds before we left we found the mattress and pillow savers were not cleaned between guests. A staff driver who should have known better, (drives a green truck) did not give way or pull in to passing points, and seemed totally unaware of walkers while driving on the narrow paths.

Me and my partner stayed in the domes. They are lovely and cosy. Large Double bed more like a king size and fire with two b bags and a table. Bed looks out onto the beautiful view. We went down to the bistro for dinner on the first night it was amazing totally recommend going there but do recommend to book a table can get very busy. 2nd night we went to the local hotel in Killin and ordered a take away to take back to dome. That was also amazing food there. The walk to the toilets from the domes isn't to far. Take a torch at night tho as there's no light on the walkway. Toilets and showers are very clean. The area is very peaceful birds singing away. I heard a woodpecker one morning aswel plus u hear the waterfall just down from the domes. I would totally recommend and I will Def be going back again soon thank you again for a lovely stay.
