“Brilliant, Comfortable and Welcoming!”

Booked Tullycross Cottage for two nights (weekend) and enjoyed my stay. The self/contained flat provided everything I needed plus more and was very comfortable, warm and welcoming. I loved the beautiful views of the hills and enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden. The owners, "Jenny and Ned " made us more than welcome and as I did not have any means of transport, provided us with lifts to surrounding villages for visits. All in all, I could not have wished for more and would recommend Tullycross Cottage to anyone looking to get away for a nice relaxing holiday. Big thank you to Jenny and Ned:-)

“What a find!”

Arranged to stay at Tullycross at very short notice, booked for five nights in the morning and arrived in the afternoon. We found the accommodation to be very spacious, clean, quiet, warm and comfortable, with beautiful views from every window, all set in a well-tended garden. The welcome food was a bonus, especially the homemade bread. Everything we needed was there, plus much more. There was lots of information about the area, walking, cycling etc. all organised in files, so it was easy to find things. Jenny was available if needed and very helpful and friendly when approached. We certainly arrived as strangers and left as friends. Will be back to your beautiful part of Scotland, there is so much to see and do and many more walks to complete, we did not get time for it all, even after extending our stay by two days! Thank you Jenny and Ned for your kind hospitality and letting us share your house.

“Really lovely”

Lovely flat in an excellent location. The flat is equipped with everything you might want (and more). Amazing extra large bed and the luxury of 2 bathrooms was a bonus as it felt more like an hotel room than a holiday rental. Another thing is that the flat would be great in winter as the heating system is a proper central heating system and the windows are proper double glazing. This made the flat much warmer than my own house! The food left by the owners was very generous and much more than I was expecting. A big thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us.

Tullycross cottage was an gorgeous cottage in a good location. The owner (Jenny) was a lovely host, we had absolutely everything we needed in the apartment and more including Jenny's homemade bread and marmalade!!! Amazing views from apartment and very generous living space and bedroom. Location is good, not too far from Balloch and easy for accessing most of the popular tourist spots.

“Fantastic accommodation with everything you can imagine available in quiet but central location”
Reviewed August 16, 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Can't recommend this accommodation enough. Excellent hosts, made us feel very welcome. Essentials provided on arrival and other lovely touches. Visited with our 4 year old. Lots of books, games and DVDs available for her to utilise during stay to keep her occupied. Books, jigsaws, DVDs and music available for the adults too. Quiet location with a view of Conic Hill. Awoke two mornings to deer in the back field. Location ideal for visiting Loch Lomond, Stirling, Glasgow, Blair Drummond etc.
